What’s In Your Refrigerator?

Often I find that moms are trying to keep up with whatever is going on in the media by feeding their kids what everyone else ‘thinks’ they should. Especially with the whole vegan craze right now. I have seen some people even regret giving something to their kids based off of others opinions. I am also guilty of this. I gave my daughter rice cereal and she developed reflux. This was one of my worst moments as a mother. I was sleep deprived and I was recommended to give it to her and being a sleepy mom I did it, and regret it. I didn’t and won’t be giving it to my son.


We all fall victim to the massive amount of pressure put on us as mothers daily. Of course to most people, this is what women were put on earth to do. To nurture, but we all have our moms and we need time to recharge. We’re human and we may fall victim to pressures bit what important is that we further educate ourselves on everything we can and move accordingly from there.


FOOD! Everyone loves to eat, right?! So! What’s in your refrigerator? Of course no one is perfect and we all have snacks. But majority of what I buy is fruits and vegetables. My daughter can eat a bag of grapes a day! She also loves blueberries, apples, and oranges. Those are her favorites.


Point is, whatever is in your fridge, its what YOU picked for your family and YOUR life style. Everyone is different. I’m so sick of society putting this stigma on us all as if there's a manual for this thing called parenting. Whatever works best for your family and your lifestyle is your prerogative. And you shouldn’t feel guilty about it!!!!! Especially since you’re doing the best you can do! Keep pushing Mama’s because YOU ARE ALL DOING PHENOMENAL!!!!!❤️❤️❤️
