I was the mom who moisturized my belly every morning and every night since I found out I was pregnant. I used coconut oil mixed with Palmers lotion for stretch marks. I would also moisturize my belly when it was itchy and I never scratched my belly with my nails. My best friend told me that when she was pregnant she would use a brush to scratch her belly because it was just so itchy! and I've heard other moms complain about itchy belly's too. I would just rub that spot that was itchy. My crazy thought process was if I can moisturize the hell out of my skin while it was stretching, hopefully it wouldn't leave me with stretch marks. For me it worked! Everyone's body is different so what worked for me may not work for another mama but it couldn't hurt to try.
I found a few articles online that said breast milk is the most effective thing to use on a mom's stretch marks. Who would have thought?! The liquid gold we produce could help us so much! Its one of the best home remedies. I also found a mom that went viral on Facebook for posting pictures of her "breast milk on stretch mark experiment". Apparently it was awesome!
"Been trying a little experiment for the last 2 weeks. Been putting breastmilk on one side of my stomach. I can't believe the difference!! For any moms out there breast feeding put a little on those tiger stripes lol (For moms asking) I rub it into my tummy while nursing and lather it on so it's almost dripping off. I let it air dry and just pull my shirt over after. I put it on everytime I nurse. Been doing it for about 3 weeks now. My baby is now 2 months old. I noticed a big difference not just on colouring but also in depth of my stretch marks. I posted this after my mom convinced me too share with other moms. I cannot promise it will work 100% for everyone but it definitely helps.(update) added 2 more pictures! I know a lot of people think this is fake but it honestly is not. I am on day 6 of starting on other side of my tummy. They have gone from dark red to light red now. Starting to get light purple on edges. Like I said before it's not just the lightning up that is amazing but also it helps with the depth if marks. I am not Trying to deceive anyone or trying to get likes or shares. I am trully just trying to inform other moms . There's is nothing wrong with stretch marks but it is nice to know they can fade faster. (Update:Feb11th) I am now on day 10 on my right side and day 24 on my left. I wasn't sure how to show I haven't edited softened/brightened/ or photoshopped. So I put a sticky note on lol some people are saying that massage is what helped them. As a teenager I had stretch marks on my inner thighs. I rubbed them with beeswax/coconut oil/bio oil/aloe vera/ and various stretch mark creams. They are still blue/purple after 8 years. Yes they fade in time but in 2 weeks is amazing. Some woman are perfectly fine and confident over their stretch marks but alot of women are not. So please do not judge either way it is a personal choice. Be kind to all!
(Update) Feb 14. Found a picture of my stretch marks during pregnancy my mom took so hopefully that helps show difference. They use to be the same on both sides."

Human milk is a complex fluid that has developed to satisfy the nutritional requirements of infants. In addition to proteins, lipids, carbohydrates and other biologically active components, breast milk contains a diverse microbiome that is presumed to colonize the infant gastrointestinal tract and a heterogeneous population of cells with unclear physiological roles and health implications. Noteworthy cellular components of breast milk include progenitor/stem cells. - NCBI
